Who can apply for assistance: <\/b>individuals (Ukrainian citizens, foreigners and stateless persons, who are in Ukraine on legal grounds, who are capable), who are in difficult life circumstances as a result of damage caused by hostilities, terrorist act, armed conflict or temporary occupation.<\/span>
\u00a0<\/span>

The Law of Ukraine dated January 17, 2019 No. 2671-VIII “On Social Services”<\/b> defines that difficult life circumstances are circumstances that negatively affect the life, health and development of a person, the functioning of a family, which a person\/family cannot overcome on its own.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThis charity program does not accept applications from persons who<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t- use narcotic substances;
\n- use toxic substances for the purpose of toxic intoxication;
\n- suffer from alcoholism;
\n- had persistent nervous or mental disorders until February 24, 2022 or acquired these disorders for reasons not related to military operations;
\n- persons who are in places of deprivation of liberty.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
